With over 15 years of experience in operations management, I’ve worked across the business spectrum—from nimble startups to dynamic SMEs and global MNCs. This journey has given me deep insight into the day-to-day challenges businesses face, regardless of size or industry. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Wales (UK) — an education that shaped both my business thinking and problem-solving mindset.
